Dear Evan, Joe,

This year there are 3 members and 4 cases in the Supreme Court as opposed to 2 members and 3 cases last year. How will this effect the organization of presentations in the Supreme Court? Will all three attorneys speak for and against all 4 cases? Will they get a chance to be justices? My team of students are getting anxious. Please advise.

Thank you for the question.

Each team will participate in each case twice: once as justices, once as advocates.
That means they will not get to argue both sides.
Which side they represent will be determined once the order of cases is set at the conference.

Evan

Dear Evan, Joe,

Will there be a crisis as well as the 4 cases? I am asking because I know that some of the other programs are having one, and my teachers were not clear on this point. Please advise.
