Here are the long-awaited beat preferences.

Please email me at cskinner@fas.harvard.edu with your top three preferences (1 as the highest, 3 as the lowest) and with your preferred party affiliation (liberal / conservative). Irene and I will try to honor these as closely as possible -- but don't worry too much about them. We'll be discussing beats more during the conference and will make sure you get a chance to cover something that interests you.
